So let’s recap a little bit about what the aura is first so we can then move on to the auric field in general. Well as we discussed in the previous post the aura consists in multiple bands of energy called auric layers or auric fields that encompass the body connecting us to the outside world. The Quabalists called it an astral light. Christian artists depicted Jesus and other figures as surrounded by coronas of light. Even Pythagoras discussed the field which was perceived as a luminous body. Some theories have revealed the aura to have a fluid or flowing state: to be comprised of different colors, therefore frequencies: to be permeable and penetrable and to be magnetic in nature although it also has electromagnetic properties.
With that said then we will comment about the seven layers of the auric field. Each layer of the aura is associated with a chakra. That is the first layer is associated with the first and root chakra and the second one with the second chakra and so on.
The first layer of the field and the first chakra are associated with physical functioning and physical sensation feeling physical pain or pleasure. According to the physicists Barbara Ann Brennan the first layer is associated as well with automatic and autonomic functioning of the body. The second layer and second chakra are in general associated with the emotional aspects of human beings (emotions and feelings). There third layer is associated with our mental life (mental body) and linear thinking. The fourth level is associated with the heart chakra, the vehicle through which we love not only our mates but humanity in general. The fifth level is the level associated with a higher will more connected with the divine will. The sixth level and sixth chakra are associated with celestial love. It is a love that extends beyond the human range of love, it holds all life forms as precious manifestations of God. The seventh layer and seventh chakra are associated with the higher mind knowing and integration of our spiritual and physical makeup. Understanding how physical symptoms are related to these chakra locations will help us understand the nature of different illnesses and also the nature of both health and disease.
Dr. David Tansley a specialist in radionics in his book Radionics and the Subtle Bodies of Man, states that the seven major chakras are formed at the points where the standing where the standing lines of light cross each other 21 times. Each major chakra on the front of the body is paired with it’s counterpart on the back of the body. And together they are considered to be the front and rear aspect of one chakra. The frontal aspects are related to the persons feelings the rear ones to his or her will. The chakras also attune to different subtle bodies which combine to compose three basic planes. These planes are accesible through the auric fields.

So in conclusion we can say that the aura is composed of layers and that together it forms the “auric field”. Each layer of the auric field is paired with a chakra and and a plane, each chakra has a front and rear end. This auric field is just one part of our whole energy field. I mean we have a biofield, meridians a bunch of things left to explore. Our medical system has to evolve. I mean we have to stop seeing the body as a machine and integrate the emotional, mental, and energetic and spiritual aspects. I hope one day we re able to do this so we can heal the body completely and as a whole.
